Evaluation of insecticidal and enzyme activity potentials of essential oils and extracts of Chenopodium botrys against storage products pests

چکیده
The essential oil obtained from the aerial part of Chenopodium botrys plant by steam distillation was obtained. remaining aqueous extracted with solvent ethylacetate and n-butanol, respectively. In end, five extracts were obtained: (CB-EO), untreated extract (CB-F), (CB-EA), n-butanol (CB-nBu) processed (CB-L). effects on both insecticidal (against Sitophilus granarius Tribolium castaneum) enzyme activities (acetylcholinesterase, xanthine oxidase (XO) tyrosinase) studied. It has been determined that CB-F an activation effect against tyrosinase enzyme. At end 48 hours, CB-EA to cause 20% death adult insects as a result contact toxicity test.
